Questions

Good to know.

Can I create one without a GPX file?

Yes. Choose a route from our archive of over 379,000 routes. The selected area follows the route automatically.

How long does production take?

We make your Memento individually after you order. Production can therefore vary slightly and normally takes 2–5 days. Our delivery partners then deliver your parcel in a further 1–3 working days.

Can I see my Memento before ordering?

Yes. The configurator shows a preview of your print and 3D relief. You can adjust the design, stats and terrain before placing your order.

Can I combine multiple routes?

You can currently create your personal piece with one route. An option to combine multiple routes in one design will be available in the future, for example to represent triathlons.
